1. Definitions

• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or ban from gambling services — whether imposed by rp444 or any other operator.

We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within seven (7) calendar days of our request may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3. Account Registration

When creating an Account with rp444, you agree to the following:

• All information provided during registration (name, date of birth, address, phone number, email) must be accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for updating your details if they change.
• You may only register one (1) Account. Multiple or duplicate Accounts are strictly prohibited. If we detect duplicate registrations, all related Accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.
• You must keep your login credentials (username and password) secure and confidential. You are fully responsible for any activity that occurs under your Account.
• You must not share, sell, transfer, or allow any other person to access your Account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].
• We may refuse registration or close any Account at our sole discretion, without providing a reason, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity or Terms violation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

• You may deposit funds via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, or supported e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. Typical minimums range from Rp 50,000 to Rp 100,000.
• You must deposit from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in funds being returned and your Account suspended.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 5 minutes. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact support with transaction proof.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your rp444 Account.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 24 hours during business hours (08:00–23:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside these hours may be processed the following business day.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). First-time withdrawals typically require submission of a valid KTP or passport scan.
• Minimum withdrawal is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits depend on your VIP tier and are displayed in your Account dashboard.
• rp444 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests if we suspect money laundering, bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or Terms violation.
• Any deposit amount must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawal is permitted. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

rp444 offers various bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free bets. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus has specific terms including minimum deposit, wagering requirement (rollover), maximum bet per spin/hand, eligible games, and validity period. These terms are published on the promotion page and must be met before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. We reserve the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if we detect abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting, arbitrage strategies, low-risk wagering patterns, or coordination with other players.

6. Responsible Gaming

8. Betting Rules

8.1 General Wagering

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after placement unless the event is voided or postponed under our settlement rules.

• rp444 reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at our discretion, particularly for large stakes or unusual betting patterns.

8.2 Sports Betting

• If a match is postponed or abandoned, settlement rules depend on the sport and market. Typically, bets are void unless the match is completed within 48 hours.
• Live (in-play) betting odds update in real time. Bets placed during score changes or incidents may be rejected.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on rp444, including logos, graphics, text, software, and game interfaces, is owned by rp444 or licensed to us by third-party providers. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without our written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our software.
• Use our trademarks, brand name, or logo for any purpose without authorization.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Account Closure and Suspension
